1. Sleep just at least for 6-7 hours everyday. Don’t oversleep.
2. Don’t miss Solat and Doa. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
3. Take a 20-30 minutes walk everyday. And while you walk, smile.
4. Drink plenty of plain water.
5. Eat more foods that grow on trees/plants and less that is manufactured in plants.
6. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
7. Give a call to your parent and talks nicely.
8. Forgive everyone for everything - always forgive and forget.
9. Don't waste your energy on gossip and worthless chatting.
10. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn and to succeed.
11. Always remember however good or bad a situation is, it will change.
12. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
13. Always think and do the right thing!
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
16. Do spend some times with people over the age of 60 & under the age of 6.
17. Don't remind your friends with his/her mistakes of the past.
18. Jealousy and greed are wasting time. You already have all you need.
19. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
20. Give something good to others everyday.
21. Don't over do. Know your limits.
22. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
23. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
24. Be yourself. Don’t hypocrite.
25. Always seek advice from your elders.
